Submit an Abstract for the 40th Annual Pregnancy Meeting

The annual meeting of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine (SMFM), The Pregnancy Meeting™, will be held February 3–8, 2020 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Conference Center in Grapevine, Texas, near Dallas. The mission of the SMFM is to provide education and promote research that optimizes the health of high-risk pregnant women and their babies. The Annual Meeting is the centerpiece of SMFM's work, featuring postgraduate courses and workshops, luncheon roundtables, scientific forums, and poster presentations. It is the premier event for presenting and learning about cutting-edge science in obstetrics and provides participants the opportunity to connect with leaders and colleagues in maternal-fetal medicine.   

Submit an Abstract. The abstract submission process is now open! Submit your work for consideration. All abstracts must be received by Monday, August 5, 2019 at 9:00pm (ET). To submit and abstract, you will be prompted to log-in to our new abstract submission site.  Please use your SMFM website log-in credentials.  If you are not an SMFM member or do not already have an account, create a no-cost user account before you submit your work. Read the new abstract submission brochure for complete instructions and detailed information about the submission process. 

Reserve a Hotel Room. All official Annual Meeting activities will take place the Gaylord Texan Resort near Dallas. Visit the hotel's website to reserve your hotel room at the group rate of $249/night. To enjoy the discounted rate, reservations must be made by January 3, 2019 or until the hotel block is full, whichever comes first.
