Additional InformationThe Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive announces the search for an MFM physician to join the section.
The selected individual will be a member of a clinical team of perinatologists who serve as consultants for all high risk obstetrical patients within the Temple University Health System and will conduct non-invasive and invasive fetal evaluations and studies. In addition, the selected individual will have an active clinical practice as well as having teaching responsibilities to medical students and residents (21 residents in PGY I, II, III and IV). Research and mentorship are part of this position. A leadership opportunity also exists for candidates interested in the role of Director of Labor and Delivery.
The Division of Obstetrics and Maternal Fetal Medicine is one of five clinical divisions including General Obstetrics and Gynecology, Women’s Pelvic Health Program, Reproductive Endocrinology and Gynecologic Oncology. There are approximately 30 MDs or MD/PhDs in the department plus supporting administrative, nursing and research staff.
Candidates must be fellowship trained in MFM and have board certification in OB/GYN and MFM. Active candidates for board certification(s) will also be considered. Candidates must have an interest in working in an Academic environment. Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
