The Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, IA is seeking highly qualified applicants for a full-time or part-time position to join our tenure track or non-tenure clinical track.  Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. 

 The Division provides care for pregnant women across the spectrum of maternal and fetal complications. Applicants will be expected to participate in the clinical activities of the division and have requisite skills in obstetrical ultrasound, prenatal diagnosis, and genetics. Participation is required in our outpatient clinics, including on-site MFM clinics and telemedicine, and in our off-site outreach clinics. Call responsibilities include in-house call on labor and delivery and MFM back-up call from home. Applicants are required to have excellent skills in patient management, strong oral and written communication and interdisciplinary team care. 

The applicant will also be required to teach maternal-fetal medicine fellows, obstetrics and gynecology residents, and medical students.  Academic interests and activity are encouraged, but research is not required on the clinical track.  Applicants are required to be American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology active candidates or board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology active candidates or subspecialty board certified in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
