Additional InformationThe Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Women’s Health at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center- Permian Basin campus invites applications for a faculty position in the Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine. The successful applicant will join and share duties with another Maternal Fetal Medicine physician in delivering excellent clinical, research, teaching, and community services.
· Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Board certified in General Obstetrics and Gynecology and BC/BE in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
· Academic qualifications for the rank of assistant professor, associate professor or professor (tenure track or clinical track depending on qualifications).
- Texas State Medical License Rank and salary will be commensurate with training, academic level, and experience. Total compensation will be quite competitive.

The department's clinical emphasis is excellence in patient care. Our Texas Tech Physicians: resident, faculty and specialty clinics are in both downtown Odessa and Midland locations. We strive for personalized, cost effective and high quality patient care. Our specialty care clinics for patients include High Risk Pregnancy clinics, a Colposcopy clinic, REI and an Urogynecology. Both practices sites have Faculty offices for High Risk patient care, referrals and include Ultrasonography for both Obstetrics and Gynecologic care needs. Participating Hospitals in area are Level 3 maternal care designation and have NICU care. Each year we provide ob/gyn services through more than 26,000 outpatient visits, deliver more than 1500 babies and perform 800 major and minor gynecologic surgical procedures per year.
