the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology:
OB/GYN Department has 25 faculty members and over 140 private attendings across
all Gynecological and Obstetrical specialties.
The OB/GYN Department has five divisions (MFM, Gynecologic Oncology, Reproduction,
Endocrinology and Infertility, Minimally Invasive Surgery, Family Planning) and
has an accredited residency program with 7 residents per year and four fellowship
programs. There are approximately 6500 deliveries
per year at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, a large proportion of which are high
risk pregnancies. The MFM Division has eight faculty members and an accredited
MFM Fellowship Program with one fellow per year. The MFM faculty member will collaborate with
other faculty and private attendings to help maintain academic standards of
excellence and carry out the program’s vision.

maternal-fetal medicine inpatient and outpatient care. Participation in other faculty MFM activities including
supervision and education of fellows, residents and medical students, and
participation in research. Participation
in Medical Center and department quality improvement activities is anticipated.
