OUR TEAM:
Our Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) physicians specialize in high-risk pregnancy They are key members of a team of specialists including OB/GYN physicians, nurses, and nurse midwives, who work together to ensure a healthy outcome for both mother and baby. Monitoring and ultrasound are performed in a comfortable setting located in the main Hospital using the most advanced technology available.
Services include:
· Advanced fetal imaging
· Fetal echocardiography
· Management of medical complication (diabetes, hypertension, etc.)
· Management of obstetrical complication (preterm birth, multiple gestations, recurrent pregnancy loss, etc.)
· Preconception care
· Genetic testing
· Diagnostic procedures (CVS and genetic amniocentesis)
The MFM physicians work with specialists at White Plains Hospital including Magnet® status nurses, who ensure excellence in the delivery of in-patient care. The Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), the highest level available to a community hospital, provides advanced care for newborns needing specialized medical attention. The American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) recently conferred its gold-level Beacon Award for Excellence on the White Plains Hospital NICU.

Requirements
· Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
· Board Certified or Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
· Eligible or licensed to practice Medicine in New York State
· Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care
· Ability to work as part of a team approach while providing personalized care and favorable clinical outcomes.
