The Perinatal Group (TPG ) is a well-established, highly respected private MFM practice serving Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky.  We are seeking a friendly team player who is looking for an exceptional "boutique " type practice that provides exceptional-evidence -based medicine within a culture of caring. This exceptional and unique opportunity provides a balance between quality of life and professional fulfillment. Our practice is office based, strictly consultative, and no deliveries. Since TPG is recognized as a leader in Ob- Gyn ultrasound, the ideal candidate will have strong interpretative skills and a keen interest in fetal anomalies. The practice is fully AIUM Accredited.

 TPG is proud of our longstanding relationships with our OB providers at all levels. We philosophically see our practice as an extension of their practice where clinical issues can be discussed peer-to-peer and educational opportunities leveraged. 

 The successful candidate will join a team of 3 supportive, experienced, established Board Certified MFM's and 2 APRN's. One of our physicians is additionally board certified in Clinical Genetics. Our team also includes 31 RDMS credentialed high risk sonographer, 8 of whom are fetal echo certified.



·         Board eligible or board certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine

·         Experience in performing and/or interpretation of Fetal Echocardiogram is optimal but not required.

Position Responsibility

·          All clinical responsibilities are shared equally among MFM physicians.

·         We currently have 7 offices distributed in Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky. The successful candidate will not be expected rotate through all offices. Office assignments will be based on practice needs taking into consideration candidate input. 

·         Irrespective of primary office assignments all physicians share in the reads of the daily ultrasounds that are generated practice wide (250-300).

·         Remote ultrasound reading and telemedicine consultation are available.
