Congenital Toxoplasmosis Prevention: March 2018: SMFM member, Dr. Laurent Mandelbrodt, discusses results from the TOXOGEST study, a randomized open-label trial comparing pyrimethamine/sulfadiazine to spiramycin in reduction of perinatal transmission of toxoplasma gondii. The results were presented at the SMFM Annual Pregnancy Meeting in February 2018.
