Join leading experts in high-risk pregnancies in downtown Chicago this September for the 2022 Maternal Medicine Course. Now in its fifth year, the course will cover a range of high-risk OB topics with an emphasis on clinical management. The course format combines lectures with case presentations, as well as panel discussions and audience participation. 

This is an in-person only event limited to the first 100 people who register.

Continuing Medical Education (CME): This activity will be planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of Global Learning Collaborative (GLC) and SMFM. GLC is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Global Learning Collaborative designates this enduring material for a maximum of 15 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Cost: Registration fees include meals during the meeting, access to course materials online, and CME. Pre-registration will close one week prior to the event. An administration fee of $100 will be applied to those who register onsite.

                 Member: Practice Professional, Affiliate, Associate - Fellow, Medical Student, Resident, NPWH Allied Affiliate: $980

Mobile App: This year, SMFM will use a new mobile app for their events called "SMFM Events." Visit your preferred app store to download the app prior to the event in September.

Digital Offerings Available: Both the Prenatal Genetics and Maternal Medicine Courses will be recorded and available online in October 2022. When registering, check the digital registration box to signify that you will not be attending in person, but you will receive access to the recordings, course materials, and CME associated with the course after the recordings are available and posted to the SMFM online education website. These links will be forwarded to all registrants, digital or in-person. Livestreams or simulcast will not be available during this course.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be in writing and received at events@smfm.org a minimum of one week prior to the course.  No refunds will be given after that time.  A $75 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations. Substitutions or transfers to virtual registration will be accepted anytime. Partial refunds will not be provided.
