Industry-Sponsored Learning Lunch - Momenta presents: A novel strategy targeting the neonatal Fc receptor to treat allo- and autoimmune diseases of the fetus and newborn

Program Overview
This learning lunch will provide an overview of the pathophysiology and current treatment paradigms of various allo and autoimmune diseases of the fetus and newborn, including hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn (HDFN) and fetal and neonatal alloimmune thrombocytopenia (FNAIT).  The highest unmet needs in the treatment of these diseases will also be covered along with ways in which current research aims to address them.  Nipocalimab, an investigational treatment for early onset severe (EOS)-HDFN will be introduced as will the mission of the Allo Hope Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports families facing maternal alloimmunization and HDFN.
