SMFM's 41st Annual Pregnancy Meeting

Working together for the global advancement of safe and healthy pregnancies

January 25 - 30, 2021

Postgraduate Courses, Workshops, Scientific Sessions, Oral and Plenary Sessions, and Industry Exhibits

Registration is open for the Virtual 41st Annual Pregnancy Meeting.

The Annual Meeting is the centerpiece of the Society's work and the premier event for learning about cutting-edge science in obstetrics and for connecting with leaders in maternal-fetal medicine. The basic format of the meeting – postgraduate courses, oral abstract presentations, posters, wellness activities, and networking events – is largely the same as it has been in the past.

The Meeting's web portal is now open! Use this site to access the full Annual Meeting program now and all of the meeting content later this month. Log into the portal using your SMFM website log-in credentials and browse the abstracts, start building your schedule, create a profile, message your friends and colleagues, and view the welcome videos from Drs. Judette Louis and Cynthia Gyamfi-Bannerman.

Highlights for the 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting
  • We will spread some of the activities that would have normally happened at the Annual Meeting throughout the month of January, making it SMFM Month! No longer constrained by time or location, you may notice that some events will happen outside of the meeting week.
  • The cost to attend the 2021 Annual Meeting is half the price of what it has been in the past, and registration for the scientific sessions is free for fellows, students, and residents if they register prior to the early bird deadline: December 21st.  After December 21, the cost increases for all registrant types by $100.
  • The postgraduate courses, poster presentations, and abstract oral presentations will be archived and available through the end of 2021. Register now, watch at your leisure, and access more content in 2021 than you might have otherwise.
