Course Description: 
The COVID-19 pandemic is unlikely to be resolved prior to the time of the meeting. With a large volume of emerging data, it is difficult for practitioners to keep up.  This course will summarize the best available evidence as it relates to COVID-19 infection in pregnancy.

Learning Objectives:
  • To review the established pathophysiology and epidemiology of COVID-19 as it pertains to obstetric and perinatal health. ·        
  • To understand the nuances of various testing strategies and platforms utilized in obstetric health systems. ·        
  • To describe best practices related to management of women with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 infection in pregnancy. 
  • To describe strategies to minimize risks to women, newborns and healthcare workers during a pandemic.
