Resident Award for Excellence in Obstetrics
Now Accepting Applications
Since 2013, the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine has recognized and awarded OB-GYN Residents who best exemplify the qualities of the vision of the Society to improve pregnancy and perinatal outcomes with the annual SMFM Resident Award for Excellence in Obstetrics.
Criteria & Eligibility
Residents nominated must be in good standing with their residency program.
Nomination
Residency Program Directors may nominate one OB-GYN Resident in their current program.
Deadline
May 3, 2024. Certificates will be emailed to Program Directors before Friday, May 10, 2024.
Award Instructions
Program Directors can download a copy of the award template below. You can fill in your recipients name and print a copy of the award to be presented to the Resident. If you have any questions Email Tim Heinle, Director of Engagement and Volunteer Relations.

New Memberships
If a new membership is purchased prior to March 1, your membership will expire on May 31, the year they purchased.
If your intention is to purchase a membership for activation in the following calendar year, please contact us before making payment.
