Barbara V. Parilla, MD

Barbara V. Parilla, MD, is a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Kentucky, College of Medicine and serves as the Gloria W. Singletary Endowed Chair of Women's Health. She is the Medical Director of the UK HealthCare Perinatal Assistance and Treatment Home (PATHways) program which provides comprehensive prenatal care, prenatal education, as well as treatment and support for pregnant persons with substance use disorders. She is also the Program Director for the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellowship at the University of Kentucky.
Dr. Parilla is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, and Addiction Medicine.
