Loralei L Thornburg

Loralei L. Thornburg MD (she/her) is the James R. Woods, Jr. Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology and division director of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, NY where she completed residency & fellowship. She is passionate about the care of people with complex disease in pregnancy, most notability focused on neurologic disease in pregnancy. She works with a number of organizations around the country to help birthing people have access to the care they need to have safe and healthy reproductive lives, including during labor and delivery.
