Professional Bio
Nora graduated with honors from Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, CA and was also named Female Athlete of the Year for her accomplishments in Track and Field. She earned her Doctorate of Medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA as well as a Master of Public Health Degree in Maternal and Child Health. She completed resident training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque and served as administrative chief resident. Dr. Doyle is fellowship trained in the subspecialty of Maternal Fetal Medicine. While completing her MFM fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston she also obtained a Master of Science degree in Clinic Research. Dr. Doyle has also completed fellowships in POCUS Ultrasound, Patient Safety /Patient Centered Care, as well as Leadership Academy. She has held faculty appointments at Emory School of Medicine in Atlanta Georgia, the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine, and Loma Linda University School of Medicine, the University of Texas Houston McGovern Medical School and the University of Nevada School of Medicine where she served as Assistant Dean for Ultrasound Education and Assistant Dean of Admissions and Student Affairs. She is currently Professor of Maternal Fetal Medicine and Fellowship Program Director at the University of Texas San Antonio. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine. She has held various leadership roles including medical student clerkship director, resident research director, Maternal Fetal Medicine Division Director, Medical Director of Perinatal Center and Director of Ultrasound, Fellowship Director, and Assistant Dean. Dr. Doyle is an active author, researcher and presenter. Well over sixty abstracts and articles bear her name and she has presented both domestically and internationally. Dr. Doyle has received numerous awards and distinctions for her teaching excellence and advocacy.
